I love you all the way to Betelgeuse

We went to this thing about a year ago that showed something like this(all the pictures) 
We where all fascinated by how big they all where. 

We all thought the name Betelgeuse was funny and it just stuck in our heads. 

We pronounce it "Bagel-juice" 

Well one day Erin told Michael that she loved him all the way to the moon and back. Michael repeated her.
So Erin(getting a good response the first time) tried another one. "I love you all the way to Betelgeuse and back" she said.

Well Michael gave it a shot and said ,very well, "I love you all the way to Betelgeuse and back."

It stuck. So from then on it was not 'to the moon and back' it was 'to Betelgeuse and back'.

Just Craziness

I could not image life without brothers and sisters and every day I am glad I have so many.

Especially on days like this when we are all just eating our lunch and Ryan and Michael walk in like this.

And we have to run around trying to find the cammra because it is NEVER in the same place.

And we have take lots of pictures of them and tell them they are so cute so than will be sure and do it again soon and make us all laugh.

The lady proposed calling her Chambermaid; “for Batty,”says she, “has  the best knack at reading bed Spelling of anyone I know.” Batty came, and was surprized that neither Sir nor Madam could tell what “yf” was “Why,” says she, “‘yf’“  spells Wife, shat else can it spell?” And indeed it is a much better as well as shorter method of speling “Wife,” than by “Doubleyou, i ef e,” Which in reality spells “Doubleyifey.”

I got a book from the library recently of quotes from our founding fathers and this was in it and I was just so surprised and thought that it was so funny, primarily because I have never been very happy with the fact that I am not good at spelling.

This is the face of one funny little boy.
One of my favorite things he ever said was when he was angry at someone, someone he should not have been angry at, and told her, "I'm going to send you a post card from Alabama!"
For Michael that is an insult. With a older brother that is always telling him how great Auburn is he does not see Alabama as the state that we live in, but a place that, for a Auburn fan, is a very bad place to get a post card from.
So that was just a Michael story that I had to share.

Day 24: A movie no one would expect you to love.

I have a lot of movies that most people would not expect me to like. But I think one of my favorites is "Veggie Tales", they are so funny!

Day 21: Something you know you do differently than most people.

Well I think differently than anyone else I know,
and
I play soccer differently than anyone else I know,

I talk differently than anyone else I know,

But I think the thing that I do the most differently is spell, I spell like no one you have ever met.

Happy birthday George!

Monday we went to American village to celebrate George Washington's birthday.
When Michael heard about going, the day before, he got very excited and ran up stairs saying "I going to make George a card".



When we go to the village the next day, Michael began to look around and after a few minute asked Mommy where the monkeys were. Mommy at once realized that Michael thought we were coming to see Curious George's birthday.



But Michael was only disappointed for a minute, then he got very excited about all the things there were to see.
And finally, at the end of the day we got to see George Washington!!
Michael was very excited about his card again and went over and gave it to him.
