So for the month of April I'm going to try to post something everyday that made me smile in hopes that it will make you smile! I love April! Probably because it's the kickoff to spring! 

So I was reading today and here was something I couldn't help but smile at. 

"I dropped my toothpaste!" he said crestfallenly. 

That killed me!! It was intentional by the author for all of you who are wondering if someone really wrote something like that. 

And here is something else that made me laugh way too hard!! 

I used to just love the Roy Rogers shows when I was little. I didn't just smile when I saw this I 'laughed out loud' if I can be excused the cliche.

Oh, and Erin can yodel just like him too!! I'm sure she will be thrilled that I told you. :-)

Dead-on

     

I was going to just stick this on here and leave it but than I thought maybe I should add a little. Like, why does it have to be so true? It makes me want to smile and frown at the same time. 

I have noticed in the passed what a hard time I have giving a compliment, a hug, a thank you, and sometimes even saying happy birthday. Is it just me?! 

I thinks it's because it is just so hard to be rejected when you try so hard to give something. It takes a long time to get the words out and then sometimes they are laughed at, or tuned out while the other person (who seems to be having and equily hard time just saying thanks) shoves off the compliment or what ever it was you gave. 

I am amazed at the time I have getting a compliment out of my mouth when criticism comes out so easily! I usally like to say something nice as I pass by on my way into another room so I wan't have to be around for their reaction. I know it's awful!  

And don't even get me started on giving hugs! The does he/she want one question bugs me until, most of the time, I just end up not getting a hug at all. 

There's this song I really like and it has a line in it that says:  "When I get where I'm going.... I will love and have no fear", I think it kinda sums it up. I'm not talking about sweetheart, fall in love, sort of love; I'm just talking about the best friends, the people who you couldn't go through life without, the ones who's can hurt you the worst because you look up to them. Really far up!

Too cute

Things a like! A lot of them anyway.

So, I'm siting in bed waiting for this fever -that some sweet, little, innocent kid probably gave- to die!  

But while I sit here I have a few minutes. (It's running time right now and obviusly....) And with a few free minutes there are a lot of things you can do! How about come up with.... I don't know, let's say 42, things I really like! (I don't know where I got the 42. It's probably not even close.) 

Here they are! 

-Good hugs (I'm not going to define good because that's imposible. They're just good!)  

-Waves (the hand kind. Though the water kind are great too!) 

-Smiles! The kind that reach the eyes. 

-Sticking my head out he car window. (While he car is moving; preferably at a good speed so it messes up your hair.) :)   

-Sharp pencils. (Have you ever smelled them? Really good) 

-Ice-cream 

-Apples with peanut-butter 

-High swings! I want to scream thinking about it. :) 

-Brown eyes! 

-Puple (the color, not eyes!) 

-Blue (also the color but the eyes are beautiful too) 

-Sweet songs that make you smile 

-Wind! 

-Stacks of new paper 

-Leters addressed to me. :P 

-Sunsets!! (The best time of day! For sure.) 

-Running shoes

 

-Sharpies

-Bracelets

 

-A good win. Ok, and a good lose. (Soccer and Othello!) 

-Naps! 

-Popping bubble-wrap 

-Laughing until my sides hurt! 

-Swimming-pools (well actually any big thing of water could make me happy) 

-Pictures of wonderful days

-Excuses to yell!! 

-When I'm one of the few to get a jok. Yes it does happen! 

-A 'good job' from someone. Anyone! 

-Taking a running start and jumping into a lake! 

-Good hair days

-Weeds that come up by the roots 

-Writing a story; every sentence so as to make you see it, not just read it! 

-The feeling you get when you do something new and exciting for the first time. 

-Big, open fields

-The sound of someone sliding their fingers up the fretboard on a guitar. (E A D and G) 

 

-Dirty fingernails. (Makes you feel like you've done something) (Clean ones are great too.) 

-Sitting on the roof 

-Making someone smile! (Isn't that why I did this goofy post?) 

Alrigh I'm done! I don't know how many that is, but I bet you'll count just out of curiosity. ;D 

I resisted putting to much food or any clothes on the list bacause that could have taken some serious time!  

By the way, I hyphenated all the words that I think should be one word. I read somewhere that after two words are hyphenated long enough people start just writing them as one word. I'm trying to start 

something here!

Things have changed a lot over the years. 

It went from getting into trouble everyday becasue we kept fighting to getting in trouble every hour or so because we can't be quiet for two minutes at a time. (Talking through school, through meals, through church, through movies..... you get the idea.)

The picking on each other never stopped! But we do it because we are best friends now. 

Ryan is one of the few people who can make me laugh so hard that I can't stand up anymore and I keep laughing for like five minutes afterward! 

So, no I won't get mad at him when he take my clothes hangers and throws them on the ground than makes me clean them up. And I won't get mad when he locks me in the dark laundry room. And I won't get mad at him when he whispers something funny to me while Dad is talking and makes me start laughing. 

My day wouldn't be nearly as fun if I didn't have the best brother in the whole world. 

Winter pictures!

It's been awhile since I posted last; I dint have anything to post about. Because who wants to here about what I've been doing in english, or how math is going? 

But I'm back now!! 

It's cold! Very very cold for here in AL! 

I, unlike Disney's new heroin, am quite effected by the cold!  

Sarah's bright smile. She loves the snow and gets excited at the moment she sees flakes beginning to fall from the sky. 

They're crazy! I love them bunches and bunches!! What would I do without these faces? 

A snow is never quite over until we get to share the fun with our neighbors, who are actually more like our siblings now that we've know them for so long! 

Anyway, those are some winter pictures for y'all to see what's been going on. Hope y'all like them. I have been doing other fun thing besides freezing, but for some reason in the midst if the fun we forget that we even have a camera! :)
