Camping

It is that time of year and I (and many other members of my family) are ready to go camping again here are ten of the reasons I love camping.

  1. I like staying up late the night before leaving helping Daddy and Ryan load the trailer. (Everyone else is helping inside.)
  2. I like getting to sleep in the car for the whole trip down there.
  3. I like getting there and setting up and making my bed on the floor of the tent.
  4. I like it that Daddy washes all the dishes for us in the dark while we all just stand there and talk and watch him work.
  5. I like getting to sit by the fire and just talk and have fun.
  6. I like getting to sleep in my clothes all night.
  7. I LOVE being really cold all night! (That's one of my favorites, Really)
  8. I like being outside when I wake up.
  9. I love eating every meal outside.
  10. And I love all the fun thing for the rest of the day!
But you have to go in September or later and it helps if you go in the Smoky Mountain National Park where there is lots of water.

Well anyway, I'm ready to go camping

History, It's fun!

If you don't love American history ( especially the American Revolution.) and if you are a American and don't love it - to than you are studying it wrong.

Two years ago I did not like history and I knew next to nothing about American history,

Than believe it or not I watched the first National Treasure movie and I thought it was so cool that he knew all that stuff just off the top of his head about all that history.

So I started reading, than we bought the Sonlight curriculum for out school year and I found out you can read book for fun and still get a lot of history out of them.

Then I started sewing costumes and now American History is my favorite subject in school.
So my advice if you don't like American History is try it a different way and learn to love it.

Well bye

Now I know about all the stuff they talk about in National Treasure and I'm not reading a script.

The Sweetest Dog Ever

This is Riley and I think he is sooooo sweet (for a dog).

and soooo cute that I...

share my snack with him,

pet him all the time,

and let him sit in my lap.

Two of my favorite things to play with: Riley and a soccer ball.
He's looking at me with adoring eyes.

Well bye

I love Horses

I love horses. I have always wanted to ride a horse while it was running, but alas I have not gotten my wish yet.

I have ridden a horse while someone was holding the reins and I loved it. (but I never thought that really counted.)

Well one day when we get a farm (I still think we might.) I hope to ride a horse (running) all by myself across a field.

Well Bye

Pink and Purple

This is Purple baby and Pink Baby! They are so sweet and they smile all the time.

I have had them for as long as I can remember and I think they are so cute.
I used to suck my fingers and hold them all the time, I might still, but I just don't get the same pleasure of it as I used to and plus I would have to stop talking to do it so that's totally out of the question!!!!!!! Hope you think there cute to.

Well bye

The best brother in the world

I love Ryan, and I am going to post about him because (even though it is not his birthday.) I think he is just great.

He and I play soccer almost every day, and he is starting to get better than I. One day I am going to be very sad when he beats me by a lot.

He is so sweet and hardly ever complains when all of us watch a Jane Austen instead of The Lord Of The Rings. And he is so sweet when it is one of his sister's birthdays. He will sew a bag or make something for us.

I could go on and on, but I will save more great things about him until his birthday.

I Love you Ryan,
Rach

Tea with Michael

First you have to understand that I think Michael is the cutest thing ever!!!

So you see I have a little tea set that is on my night stand and almost every day Michael comes into my room and says "tea peas?" and no matter what I am doing I stop it and have tea with him because he is so cute. He and I sit down and I pour the tea and he does the sugar and then he prays and we have tea.

Than I give him a hug no matter if he wants one or not.

Well Bye

The difficultys of counting sheep

Last night I could not get to sleep so I did that goofy counting the sheep thing, but this is what happened

1. The sheep were coming to fast so I had to slow them down.

2. When I slowed them down they kept running into the fence they were supposed to be jumping over.

3. Then when I got them jumping over the fence all these rabbits came in and they all got confusing

4. And last, but not least I fell asleep right in the middle of it all.

And those are the difficulties of counting sheep!!

Well bye

Today in History - August 2

Today in 1776 the Declaration of Independence was signed! In celebration of that I got a blog.

About today: Today 234 years ago all, but one person (I think) signed the Declaration. For the longest time I thought it was signed on July 4th; but no it was not.

About the name:
Well I don't really know what to say. Last year for Christmas, Erin gave me a rubber stamp with a bunny rabbit on it and it came from there.
For Jessica's Film Festival I made a movie and signed up with my business as
Bunny Business. So that's all.
Well bye.
